SEYMOUR, Ind. – Starting this week, and continuing until the end of the month, Seymour will have 18 Scarecrows lining the streets of downtown. Each downtown business was asked to design a scarecrow that represents their business, or mission, while staying with the theme of Halloween.
Residents are encouraged to walk through downtown and see which scarecrow they like best because people can vote for their favorite. Votes will be tallied at the end of the month, and the winner will be crowned King of Scarecrows.
