BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. – The Bartholomew County Highway Department reports that starting today, County Road 1000 East between County Road 400 South and the Town of Grammer will be completely closed to all traffic starting at 8 a.m.
That section of road will remain closed until Thursday, September 19 for culvert replacement.
