JACKSON COUNTY, Ind. – The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department received a call just before 2 a.m. on Monday, from the 200 block of South Poplar Street, in Medora, regarding a suspect trying to gain entrance into a residence.
When deputies arrived at the house they located a man on the front porch, who was identified as Johnathon Clark. Deputies attempted to arrest the suspect, but he allegedly refused to comply. A Brownstown police officer later arrived to assist with the apprehension.
Clark was charged with residential entry, disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement, and battery.
