FRANKLIN, Ind. – Franklin Community Schools (FCS) announced this week that Kimberly Spurling has been named the Director of Mental Health for the corporation. The recommendation was approved by the FCS School Board of Trustees at the September meeting.
Spurling has served FCS in some capacity since 2013. “For the past six years, I have been blessed to work within the Franklin Community School Corporation as the Community Outreach Coordinator addressing the needs of students struggling with or experiencing homelessness,” Kim Spurling said. “I’ve been passionate about bringing the right services, resources, and support to the corporation to address their critical and unique needs.”
