GREENWOOD, Ind. – Freedom Springs may have closed down to humans for the season after Labor Day, but it will be open one more day this weekend for Puppy POOLooza.
Owners are welcome to bring their dogs to the water park for one last swim on Saturday. The pool will open from 1 to 2:30 p.m. for dogs under 30 pounds, and canines over 30 pounds will get to swim from 2:30 to 4 p.m. All dogs have to be at least 6 months old and have current shots records upon entry to the event. Health safety board regulations do not allow humans to swim with the dogs.
Admission to Puppy POOLooza is free, however, monetary donations will be accepted or you may bring food, animal toys, and other supplies that will go to the Humane Society of Johnson County.
