NAPOLEON, Ind. – The Napoleon State Bank announced this week that President and CEO Mark Comer will retire on January 31, 2020. Comer began his career in banking as a general manager of the Holton Branch in 1978. He was later appointed to the board of directors before assuming the role as CEO in 2016.
“I began my professional career with The Napoleon State Bank and I am proud to have been a part of the Company’s growth, including two new branches in 2019,” said Comer. “I treasure the relationships with customers, stockholders, and employees that I have been able to develop.”
The Board of Directors of The Napoleon State Bank have appointed Joseph Moorman, Executive Vice President, to be the new President and CEO of the company. He began working with the bank in 1984.
