COLUMBUS, Ind. – The City of Columbus’ Engineering Department says that the westbound lanes of 11th Street between Washington Street and Jackson Street will be closed Thursday morning starting at 8:30 a.m. In addition, Jackson Street between 12th Street and 11th Street will also be closed. The reasoning behind the closure is because of a recent water main break in the area. After repairs were made, the road now has the be repaved.
