COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Plan Commission reached a variety of decisions in several cases at its Wednesday afternoon meeting.
It approved a request by Menards to add a 29,000 square-foot warehouse to its property at 2315 Merchants Mile.
Developers of a Dollar Tree store on a site adjacent to Menards were given the go-ahead to change the building design so as to better conceal rooftop equipment.
The commission granted Deckard Family Trust a continuance in the matter of the city annexing and rezoning its property near Woodside Industrial Park.
St. Peter’s Lutheran Church was also allowed a continuance in its request to waive the procedural rule requiring a one-year waiting period to transpire before a zoning request denial can be revisited. The property in question is at Fourth and Chestnut Streets.
