BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. – The Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office reported a missing person on Tuesday. Matthew Jenkins, a 29-year-old white male with numerous tattoos was last seen with blonde hair pulled back into a ponytail. One tattoo is a very distinct design on his neck, and he also has gauges in his ears.
